COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE

I take graphic design commissions for social media + streaming assets. Slots are extremely selective and not first come, first serve. If your request is accepted, I will contact you within 24-48 hours (1-2 days)! Check my twitter for updates on slots and commission openings. Please read full terms and details before sending in an application!General TOS
I reserve the right to decline a commission request. I do not provide art for commissions. If you'd like art to be used in your graphics, it must be provided with the approval of the artist/s. All commissions must be credited, preferably with a link to my twitter @hatoseika. Please be patient and expect a turnaround time of 1-3 months (depending on complexity of your commission), as I am a full-time university student! I do not take rush orders.Payment
All payments accepted in PayPal only. Prices are listed in USD. All commissions are to be paid for either in full or 50% after the first WIP. If needed, the other 50% must be paid before the final work is delivered.Refunds
Commissions may be cancelled & fully refunded before work has started. Should a commission be cancelled after I have begun working, only 50% may be refunded. Completed and sent commissions are not eligible for a refund or cancellation.

OVERLAYS
$90 USD + $60/each additional
WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE: PNG file of your overlay/s; transparent frame or full sized png. Canvases are 16:9 dimension, 3000x1688 px, 300 dpi.
SCREENS
$75 USD + $50/each additional
WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE: PNG file of your screen/s. Canvases are 16:9 dimension, 3000x1688 px, 300 dpi.
STREAM SCHEDULES
$100 USD each
WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE: Simplified PSD file of the schedule graphic, a blank PNG version, and any necessary font files (if needed). Schedules are 16:9 ratio, 1920x1080 px, 300 dpi (unless requested otherwise). Designs will be customized based on what program the client will be using, taking into consideration things such as layer and text editing functionality.
SOCIAL MEDIA BANNERS
$40 USD each
WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE: PNG file of your banner/header in any requested dimensions or crops, as well as a full 16:9 dimension version. Canvases are cropped to requested social media sizes, all 300 dpi.

STREAM PACKAGES
WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE: Google Drive folder link containing all pieces from the ordered package. Individual file specifications can be found on their respective pages. Simplified PSD files available upon request for some items.
